Built for real care businesses, not generic templates.
Practical decisions, clear scope, considered design and reliable information.
A website that stays true to your service
Teams change, care services evolve and contact details need updating. A website should reflect what families will find when they call or visit. An old biography, out-of-date fee explanation or incorrect service area can create avoidable confusion.
We can agree updates to approved content, photographs, people profiles and enquiry information. Your nominated lead confirms the facts; we keep a record of the changes and check the affected pages and contact routes.
What support can include
Depending on the agreed package, we can coordinate hosting, security checks, updates, backups, monitoring and content changes. Larger improvements or additional pages can be planned separately.
We confirm the platforms, responsibilities, frequency and response arrangements in writing rather than implying that every task is automatically included.
Before starting, we review the platform and access, identify the provider’s approver and agree how changes are requested and checked. Support hours, response arrangements, exclusions and responsibility for any third-party costs belong in the proposal.
Care information must stay accurate
Changes to fees, care provision, service areas or policies need checking by the provider. We can maintain the digital information once you’ve approved the content.
We do not make clinical or regulatory judgements on a provider’s behalf.
Where relevant, changes can be coordinated with separately commissioned directory updates, so the website and external profiles use the same approved facts.
Control and ownership
Ongoing management is not mandatory if we designed the website. Access, ownership, hosting arrangements and future handover are discussed before work begins.
You can also enquire about support for a site you already own; we assess whether the current platform is suitable. If its structure prevents clear care information or a usable enquiry journey, care website redesign may address those limitations. Maintenance remains an option where the existing site can support the changes.
Maintenance and SEO have different scopes
Keeping pages accurate and checking that they work is website maintenance. Researching search demand, planning new search content and reporting organic visibility are separately agreed SEO work. Routine upkeep alone does not guarantee better rankings.
The care website checklist helps identify useful maintenance priorities. If the main issue is how families discover the site, compare the scope with search visibility.
